hi.. my name is nissa. and she is right. that is very illegal. it could have been said nicer. idk about new york but 17 is the legal consent age in colorado. 16 IF u have parent permission. anything under that is def illegal. and if u are over 18 and the person u want to date is under 18 u have to make sure ur not more then 2 years apart.
